Cultivating Human Resiliency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website resiliencyonline.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We collect personal information only when it is voluntarily submitted through our Contact Form. The information collected includes:

- Email Address
- Message (the content submitted)

Information submitted through the Contact Form is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry, question, or message
- Communicate with you regarding the subject of your submission
We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to responding to your message.
3. Spam Protection
Our Contact Form uses Akismet, a spam-filtering service provided by Automattic (WordPress.com’s parent company), to help screen out spam submissions. As part of this process, Akismet may evaluate the submitted IP address and message content to determine whether a submission is spam. Akismet’s handling of this data is governed by Automattic’s Privacy Policy.
4. How We Store Your Information
When the Contact Form is submitted, the Name, Email Address, and Message are sent directly to an administrative email address. Once sent, the submission exists as an email record maintained through our email provider.
To request deletion of a prior submission, please contact us using the information in Section 11.
5. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal information with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purpose. The only parties with access to a Contact Form submission are:
- Individuals who periodically manage and respond to Contact Form inquiries on behalf of Cultivating Human Resiliency
- Our website hosting provider (WordPress.com) and email service provider, solely as necessary to operate the Site and deliver the submission
- Akismet/Automattic, solely for spam-filtering purposes as described above
6. Technical and Security Data
The Site is hosted on WordPress.com and uses Jetpack, a WordPress.com plugin that provides general security and performance features, such as protection against malicious login attempts, spam filtering, and efficient delivery of site content. As part of these standard functions, technical details such as IP address may be processed by Jetpack and Automattic. These settings are configured to limit data processing to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
7. Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical precautions to protect information submitted to us. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites and encourage visitors to review the privacy policy of any third-party site visited.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Your Choices
Submitting personal information is never required to browse the Site. Use of the Contact Form is entirely optional and only necessary if you wish to contact us directly.
